Sighting with picture.
« on: October 14, 2005, 05:30:02 PM »
While waiting in the car while Mrs Whipple was shopping this girl came bouncing out of the exit door.  I quickly thought of you all and grabbed the camera I had next to me.  In a stroke of incredible luck she walked to the car directly behind mine and completely visable in the side rear view mirror.  I zoomed into the mirror and got 3 shots before she was done loading her purchases.  As in most cases the photos don't do her justice but you can get the idea.  Very high on the frame and bouncy!  I'll post one now and ask the question if I state that the photos are mine (they are) does that meet the requirement of copyright ownership and therefore I am allowed to post the rest right now?

thanks for the pic.
We take Pete's car, we drive over to mum's, we go in, take care of Phillip - "I'm so sorry Phillip". - then we grab mum, we go over to Liz's place, hole up, have a cup of tea and wait for this whole thing to blow over.

Well, it's a marvelous night for a Moondance
With the stars up above in your eyes
A fantabulous night to make romance
'Neath the cover of October skies
And all the leaves on the trees are falling
To the sound of the breezes that blow...

1. The 1-1-1-1 Rule: you may post (attach or link to) only ONE IMAGE PER PERSON PER THREAD PER DAY (i.e.: within any 24-hour period).
However:
* Forum users who wish to post images to which they alone own the legal copyright may post as many images as they like. This includes models posting images of themselves, wholly original works of art (not morphs), and photographers posting their own copyrighted images. Please bear in mind that the User/Member Gallery (and not the forum) is the area of this site intended for posting large numbers of images... forum attachments are intended to facilitate illustrations within discussions. Please remember that image posts must be on-topic and if a poster owns the copyright to an image, they must say so when posting (i.e.: "(C) ImageOwnerName");
* Users may post up to five internal links to images within the BEA (but note that links to members-only pages will not be available to non-members, and links to the Users' Gallery will cease to work when the images cycle out of the UG);
* Multiple Forum threads with similar attachments will be considered a violation of this rule (IOW you can't just open several threads in order to post a series of similar images);
* Smilies are not subject to the 1-1-1-1 limit (but keep the number reasonable).
* The 1-1-1-1 rule is effective as of 1 March 2004. Multiple images posted before that date will not necessarily be deleted (subject, like everything, to the moderators' discretion).

According to the rules, you may post them !

By the way, you could have looked up the rules yourself. Other members who are familiair with the rules could have helped you out earlier ...

By the act of taking the shots you automatically become the owner of the copyright. Attaching a © notice serves only to show who owns the copyright.

Heh.  Didn't feel like starting a new thread for this sighting I had.  This is a once in a lifetime view shot.  It was the most akward angle I have worked with and was difficult because I was in the middle of lecture.  I didn't wanna distract the attention of the 600+ people in lecture.  Anyways, she kept falling asleep and wouldn't stop moving for a picture.  Oh I love sorority girls!
I have never failed to fail!

Speacial thanks to Morphermor for the avatar!

very nice indeed, Mr Whipple.  "Objects in mirror are larger than they appear"  Looks pretty damned large to me.
Question - didn't you say you took 3 shots?
