I'm guessing Akio's being gone is the same reason my posts at my Yahoo clubs are few are far between. College.
The time needed for courses higher than Freshman level is great and there's always something that comes up. Your circle of friends spreads all over the place, and unlike 10 years ago...hell unlike 5 years ago, all of them can talk to you....so you might be downloading stuff and you drop everything to talk to a friend in houston, or a girl you're eying whose across campus...then she'll say "I'm wet." You hear that and learn to shit, shower, shave in 10 minutes and run across campus in five.
Add that to an element that may hit some of us. Say you finally figure out your major, and it's 180 degrees in the opposite direction from your original plan, or your senior slump transforms into the freshman crash. You're planning needs to take top priority.
Aw hell, I guess this is the right venue to say it. I have no time to devote to my yahoo clubs right now. I may update at breaks but I don't know if I am taking winter and summer courses.
