Wow!  I am on Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, waiting for a bus and this beautiful black slender girl crosses the street.  Her big floppy tits were bouncing violently with every step.  The picture isn't the best but I took it to verify the sighting.  I would estimate that she is about a 44 or 48 DD maybe larger.  Maybe someone can translate the breast to arm length ratio if there is one.  She definitely has some meaty floppers shoved in a lightly fitting shirt with little support.

He 'prolly means she has a bustline measurement of 44 or 48 inches.  Or, he's not aware that bustline and band size are 2 completely different things. She could very well be 44 inches but I'd guess she wears a 38-40 bra, at least a DD and perhaps an F in a 38. Need to zoom in on those pupppies...

My canine reaction just started when I was surfing for big tits on the BEA and I saw that beady-eyed dog looking at me.

I still think that her bra size was about a 44DD.  I did not have my tape measure to check the inches around.. Her tits were very full and the weight  pulled downwards as they bounced which makes them appear somewhat smaller.
