why I can only see and download the pics you posted on the latest page of every thred?

I mean I can't see any pics of the old pages: I read the comments and I understand that it was attached a pics there any time.

Because you are a noobie... Noobies can only see the most recent pictures. The other ones are for senior-members only.

Na, there was an incident with the board a few weeks ago, since then some of the attachments are gone. There is a thread explaining it all in detail...
