Holy did she slimed down  , look at her hands?
and did she has something done to her nose  reminds me a bit of Micheal Jackson.
Not my taste, but she has to like herself the way she looks.

I don't believe it's intentional. She's been very open about having Crohn's disease and the impact it's had on her. I think she's even had parts of her intestines removed after some particularly nasty flare-ups.
The fact that she's lost so much weight because of her condition but still maintains a sizeable set of breasts is impressive
