Above the mark in question in the shadow area just under her dress is the kneecap part of her knee and the lower smaller sunlit area is her shin bone. The mark itself is the area 5 and 7 o clock (or from your own perspective, 11 and 1) from your kneecap.

As gorgeous as it is, that ensemble doesn't look like something one would wear to their own wedding, especially the hat. And maybe she's wearing a ring on that finger solely as a fashion piece and/or to throw people off the scent.

With all of that said I agree that Wendy's spouse, future or current, would be one of the luckiest so-and-sos to ever so-and-so
