Not the nicest person you'll ever meet. 
I found her to be perfectly charming lady (okay her voice was harsh but shes a jersey girl they all sound that way) she was very kind and took time out of her schedule to talk to me when my marriage was fell apart. she actually sort of gave a shit when a lot of folks didn't. (Hell SHE told me to bail I was asking advice on how not to be jealous of my wife's cheating) I asked a few people who I at the time assumed would have experience dealing with that particular hang up. She was the only person that actually answered, had a nice hour long conversation actually over chat. I was reaching out to damn near anyone for advice trying NOT to suck start a shotgun. You and i will have to disagree solvegas.
