I don't think there's much sense in choosing a no1 favourite but ever since she debuted at DivineBreasts, on most days she seems to me the most desirable woman in the world. One of those rare models like Lorna Morgan that fills me with a hazy bliss.
But for half her career it's been difficult to keep track of where she's been appearing.
Personally I'm limited to what I can find out because I'm very behind on keeping up with all sorts of models, I've never used a paysite (can't keep up with the previews from these sites, would have difficulty making time for all the content and I'm wary of security issues, payment methods and all sorts of bad reputations some sites get that are possibly lies). I'd love to see her on webcam one day (doubtful I'll be able to schedule it right any day soon or have enough money to give her).

Here's the rough chronology I can make out from her public work and statements. Please add corrections and any new info if you can.
I once saw a webcam clip on YouTube of her when she was thin and her breasts were only something like a d-cup. It was one of those webcam clips that runs almost like a slideshow.
2006 to 2008 (?) she was at DivineBreasts, then not long after she had her own site. Used the name Simpatique for webcamming at I'mLive (I don't know if she ever stopped going there but I think she did stop). I think she was absent for a while from some injury.
She was one of the many models who left DivineBreasts to start BigTitsGlamour (which according to updates ran from June 2008 to Febuary 2013). She grown to KK-cup in this time.
Alicia said on a busty blog that those would possibly be her last professional photos.
I heard that her content from DivineBreasts got carried over to her new site but I can't confirm anything. At one point there was two versions of her personal site and I think both are gone now.
After BigTitsGlamour stopped updating, a busty blog claimed that KGSGirls was her new home, seemingly no new content; her old official site address leads you here. If you go to the site you'll see that it doesn't specialise in busty models and it doesn't advertise her anywhere to guests, which is a bummer for an elite model like her. It's dedicated to Romanian models and says that you can pay to come to parties with them but it all seems very vague and it hasn't updated in ages.

http://reelupfront.com/ ReelUpFront is her last professional site I saw previewed on a busty blog (it was 2014 on only one blog I ever saw, which is now gone; bizarrely under-publicized considering the fame of the models). As you can see, it's a good lot of the models who starred at DivineBreasts and BigTitsGlamour.
There isn't many notes of updates (only shows a few from 2013), but I can see copyrights which go back to 2012 (which is before BigTitsGlamour stopped). I have no clue if this place has updated in the last year.
There is a set of dvds for sale (I hope to buy some soon), two which mention Alicia Loren in the blurb.
She is still webcamming and as far as I know all this noted above is all the work she ever did as a model. Jessica says near the start of this thread that Alicia can't leave her obligations in Romania. So that makes sense why she hasn't modelled for many more sites because I'm sure most would love to have her. Score has had most of the models associated with the sites Alicia has been on.
Gya Roberts is said to be a friend of Alicia's and I think she's the only abnormally busty woman that ever posed with her. My memory might be faulty but I have a vague memory of Emma Roberts posing with Alicia too.
I once saw someone under Alicia's name on a forum claiming that Daktari Lorenz had no interest in working with her but I can't comprehend how on earth that could be if we're only to base this on her as a model; perhaps there were extra reasons for this because he has used lots of other models associated with her.
Someone is pretending to be Alicia on Twitter for several years and they've been making it incredibly obvious with lots of posts as if she's arranging photoshoots with other busty stars that have obviously never materialized. This Alicia never promotes the real Alicia's current business either. This person still has thousands of followers.
Another Alicia appeared on Twitter with the updated KK cup size and made two posts claiming she was the real one. I think this account disappeared, I haven't been able to find it in the last two years.
This is why I'm sceptical about any Alicia on forums but a lot of the blog posts made under her name seem more likely to be real.
I don't know much about the webcamming stuff, are all the sessions archived by the sites or is it only fans who record them? Because she's spent an enormous amount of time webcamming and it would be nice if it was preserved.
A few of my favourite Alicia moments: she has a habit of smothering her own face; that old clip of her crawling on top another woman, dragging her breasts along until they're swallowing the other girls neck in a way that frames her face; her hiding behind her breasts and playing peekaboo; the early DivineBreasts video of Alicia in red top, dancing and bouncing like crazy, accidentally squirting milk in her own eye then laughing, it's pure magic.
Alicia is extremely popular in some circles but I think with the imposters and lack of publicity for certain parts of her output, she hasn't got nearly as much from it as she deserves. Support the cult of Alicia Loren!
