Oh yeah, that's another of the ones you'd only see made by the Japanese.  Very strange.  Yet, Monster Girl harem genre is pretty big over there.
Also, if you want to watch that, you'd better do it quick.  I'm pretty surprised the original anime creators haven't had it taken down already.
