I think she's in the D range, based upon her appearance in the movie "That Thing You Do," as a cocktail waitress in a bustier-style outfit.  They're big and over the top as she makes a half-hearted attempt to seduce one of the main characters.  Check it out.

She's amazing, but I don't think she could be any bigger than a C. I think a lot of her dresses/bras just enhance them, and when you see her in more normal clothing they look smaller.

I remember seeing her in a cherry-patterned dress in an old issue of People magazine. Geez, she looked great.
