Like several Eastern European models, she uses English for marketing reasons since the USA remains the largest and most breast obsessed single market in the world and English names are easier for Americans to remember than the usually complicated and unusual real names they have. You go to where the money is and you adapt. Have you perused that thread ? I think you would enjoy it and see her BE progress during the time.
