Breast implant question
« on: November 25, 2002, 08:42:27 PM »
What is the general consensus regarding the best locations for breast implant surgery.  For example, does one need to go to a particular city or doctor to get someone who does not think "huge" implants are not "unethical"?  How does one find a doctor who is open minded regarding size;etc,etc...? Thanks for any info...

Heh - this may be a little off the mark of your question, but it speaks to parts of it.

The first surgeon that I visited sent me to a psychologist to make certain that I was getting the implants for "the right reasons."  I thought that was kind of strange, seeing as how I'm not going to go Joya-sized.  I can see, though, that that could be a valid concern, although I don't understand why a surgeon would give a potential client the opportunity to not give him her money.

I have found though, for the most part, from talking to other girls, that if you have the money, the surgeon doesn't have much to say.

There are the nice ones.

"You sure you want Silicone?"

And there are the greedy ones.

"Your body loves Silicone! It's like **94** water!"

Sometimes though, you just kind of want a doctor what has both. You know, Cares about you, but isnt going to think of every possible excuse to get you out of his operating room.

From what I've learned, Dallas and Houston, as well as Southern California, are the places most likely to have large-implant-friendly surgeons! You can also check out the information at Implant Info -- terrific site for all kinds of information about implants, support chats, etc.

Hope this helps!
