unfortunately many of the gifs I've collected exceed the bandwidth that allows me to post them. Here's an oldie but a goodie. Not large but certainly perky.

I'm using Jasc Animation shop. I create a new animation that has the original image and the morph, then I insert the image transition called "morph". Then I have to line up all the reference points on the original and the morph, which doesn't work super well, and is generally a pain the ass. Oh well. Here's another.
