well amazingly the swelling went down a LOT since this morning. when i got home from the hospital thursday my cheek was puffy and sore. when i woke up friday morning, my right eye (the one that has 20/20, my left has 20/10) was swollen shut by my now MUCH puffier cheeck. the right side of my mouth's upper and lower lips were puffy too, and my speech came out all slurred like i was **94**. and i was drooling a lot, like when you come back from the dentist after tooth removal or worse. but as i am typing this my mouth area is back to normal, i can see out of both of my eyes (YAY!!), and my cheek while still puffy, is smaller than it was the day of the surgery. the PA (physician's assistant) said that most of the swelling will be gone by sunday/monday , and i go back to his office next week for a checkup and maybe have the stiches removed (hopes and prays for that). so within a week or so i should be back to my normal self. the only downside, i no longer scare the little ones at wal mart *laughs wickedly*.
