She is a class act, perhaps the classiest in all country music.  Sad, that her husband of over 50 years passed recently; just another indication of how classy they were, to be together so long.

Back in 1967, she was 21 years old when she was invited by a Country music star called Porter Wagoner to join in his TV show because he had seen her in a music club in Nasville and found her to be very talented and good looking.  :)

Porter Wagoner gave Dolly a platform and helped her to propel herself to stardom, but was not very happy when she got the opportunity to get her own TV show. There was a rift between them, and that is what the song I Will Always Love You is about. In any case Dolly got her own show Dolly! on a station that allowed her to wear much more form fitting clothes and to bounce herself more while she was performing. She was able to more and more add buxomness to her brand.

Dolly on her own show in 1976:

I wish I'd seen that show at the time. I had enlisted into the Navy by then, and at the time, the barracks had restriction when watching the only TV in the building, and if you missed seeing the show at the time, there were no VCRs or any way to see it later if you missed it and if you were deployed at sea, there was no satellite/internet to see it.  :(

I wasn't around back in '76, but remember seeing her show on TV at a very young age and being absolutely mesmerized by her breasts.

Someone might be enjoying her song, someone might be puzzled how she is able to play guitar with such long nails, and someone might might marvel at her casually resting her breasts on top of the guitar. Or all of the above...

Back in 2013 Dolly's goddaughter Miley Cyrus had come under some criticism for, lets say, excessive twerking. I don't know if it was to poke fun at Miley for it, or maybe to ease some of the pressure on her, but as a guest on Queen Latifah's talkshow, Dolly performed a humorous rap talking about her large breasts and how she works and twerks them. This of course while simultaneously bouncing them with her pectoral muscles.

So, I guess Dolly had come up with a good excuse to turn everyone's attention to her breasts, and to literally and figuratively flex them in front of an audience...

In 2004 Dolly popped open a couple of snap fasteners on The Ellen Show.

Born on January 19, 1946, therefore as an early Baby Boomer, on March 14, 1985, she opened in Eastern Tennesse an amusement park near where she was born and as a ch1ld called Dollywood, which has been successful and brought some prosperity to her birthplace.  :)

This coming December 4, she is starting a bunch of concerts at the Caesars Palace Colosseum here in Las Vegas, and she is selling out the tickets already. On January 19, she will be 80 years old.  :)
