Have you been professionally fitted? Maybe it isnt even worth it considering you figure is still "dynamic" (changing with the fills).

Be, have you max-ed out the implants. I think if you put to much saline in them they might just feel like round balls in you.

I am not sure if you can see the highest measurement, this size bottle the largest amount of cc's is usually a little over 1000cc's if I remember rightly Its hard to imagine you have about the same volume as two of these on each side in your chest.
They are pretty good bottles but I think if I were to choose 4 bottles and you I would most likey pick you.
