I believe that I have read that teardrop implants are not as preferable as round implants because they can shift in the breast pocket, which would require another surgery to fix (and in the meantime, some strange-looking breasts), and that round implants have a negligible difference in terms of shape once inside the pocket.
If I'm wrong, please correct me, and if I find the thread where I read the information the first time, I'll link to it.

That's pretty much it.

If a teardrop implant rotates in the pocket, it would be challenging to reposition it without surgery.  This issue doesn't exist with round implants.

Also, it seems that the benefits of teardrop ("anatomical") implants have been overhyped:
