has anyone that has joined had problems logging in?
i joined via netdebit a few hours ago and still cant login.
anyone? i tried contacting customer service, i tried resending the password, but i cant login.
can someone please help? thanks

You login not with your username and password but with 2 numbers, should be sent on an email when you joined.

Username is your customer number

Password is your booking number

A bit odd I know, it caught me out to begin with :P
