Actually, if I remember accurately, as her skin relaxes from the fill up it tends to expand. Not a lot, but then she does have 10.000 cc's in her now and perhaps that's why she looks bigger. This is good news since it means she will be able to get another fill up. Perhaps Christmas may come early and she fills up by then. Can hardly wait.
