Well, I think it is up to her and what makes her happy. Obviously she would never appeal everyone: if she didn't got her lips or butt done I am sure others would be the ones recommending otherwise

What it comes to Beshine's behind, she is going for the "big round and fake" look. She is slim and fit, but because of her enormous breasts she doesn't have a visible waist. I hope she doesn't end up looking fat.

Since her breasts, lips and butt are going to be so hugely out of proportion with the rest of her body, I think she's going to end up looking like a cartoon attached to a helium tank, but I don't think that will translate to 'fat'. I'm really curious about how big her butt implants are going to be. I think she's limited by the room she has of now, but as her chest shows, with time she could end up much bigger than anyone would have thought in the beginning.
