The pigeon toe is simply a way her body adjusts to having 40 - 50 pound breasts on her torso. Beshine also walks by putting her shoulders back so that her lower back does not get sore by trying to constantly lift so much weight but to spread all/most of the weight throughout her entire back and hip area and of course her legs. Have you guys noticed how massive her thighs are ? Well, when you have so much weight to support, your legs have to get thicker and stronger. 
Beshine has always described her body as "athletic," though I have to imagine that she was primarily referencing her legs, or perhaps more specifically, thighs. In her earliest pictures, Beshine always had a trim waistline and slim hips, and her high heels gave her legs a slimmer look; once the heels were off, the muscles of her legs became quite apparent, especially the anterior thigh muscles. One could say that her legs were already preparing Beshine for what was to come (do 50 squats and see what muscles hurt tomorrow), as the picture illustrates. It was destiny.
It is hard to find pictures of Beshine from the earliest years doing her legs spread pigeon toe stance (which I understand has become a modeling stance to create thigh gap), because most of her pictures were with her feet together. Still, as her breasts increased in size and weight, it became increasingly apparent that every time she spread her legs, her toes turned inward, and not intentionally like models may do, but purely a natural Beshine movement. Try this yourself and you will find the opposite is the natural pose; toes facing outward for stability; turning the toes inward actually puts lateral stress on the ankles (as you can see in a close look at her pictures).
Ever since the 2012 booty implants, there has been undeniable gradual hip expansion; not only her booty, but in width. I do not know how much, but I would suspect at least 4" have been added to her formerly slim hips (remember postop, she said she had to get all new panties because the old ones didn't fit anymore). While some would decry this because it clearly diminished the dramatic sideboob projection, I think it adds to her femininity, providing a more hourglass figure.
In the meantime, her legs have gotten larger, primarily her thighs. Remember the squats? Now think about doing them with a 100 lbs. barbell. Beshine, in some manner or fashion, because even sitting or standing up requires the same muscles, probably does 500 squats a day. The thigh gap of 2012 is gone. Now we have a Beshine with a more feminine hourglass figure, whose legs seem a perfect match for her hips in supporting the ever increasing weight of her boobs. I am sure the novice would look at many pictures and think Beshine is sticking out her chest in so many poses, without a thought to the physics. Her posture reflects a necessity to balance her 100 lbs. of boobs over her hips, centering her mass, thus her shoulders are often far back, her arms falling behind her torso. While this would appear unnatural, so would having such enormous boobs, which forces the stance and takes the stress off the back.
Still, despite these measures and obviously increased leg strength, Beshine faces limitations, which she clearly accepts and even embraces, not allowing them to alter her need to feed the Boobie Greed Monster. I cannot imagine a single activity of daily living that is not impacted, many to a very large extent and I am sure her husband has to help her with numerous things (IMHO, a small price to pay to have a wife, not only having immense boobs, but loving them so much that, despite all the obstacles, she still wants to become larger). I have no way of knowing without an admission from Beshine herself, but I suspect her walk along a beach is limited to about 10 minutes (you can see the stress on her face and the relief when able to rest her boobs on her thighs) or about 1000' before she needs to sit for perhaps an equal length of time. I sincerely doubt that, like the old picture of her standing in the kitchen and slicing a watermelon, she can lean sufficiently forward to reach over her boobs to slice it today, without feeling some back strain within 60 seconds.
One thing that makes Beshine so special, is not merely the incredible size of her breasts, but her incredible attitude; as she stated in her recent blog post; " because my boobs are getting bigger and bigger and the bigger they get the more limitations i have in daily activities, but one thing is sure, bigboobproblems are just wonderful to have !!!" Any guy should feel extremely lucking to have such a girl.
