Wolpertinger, the "Mayra Hills" was a short lived thing of 2012, as is this photo without butt implants and long hair, both changed after like December of that year. While I accept that she continued to fill yearly if not semi-yearly, I would guess her to be over 10k at that point, but no one really knows.
Anyway, while the idea that her implants were designed to assume a particular shape matching her own rib structure is logical and something I have pondered often. That said, I would suggest that what we see in this photo is more the result of an under-filled implant assuming a shape consistent with the structure it is resting upon. Picture what a balloon, half filled with water, would do when laid upon a rounded surface. When you look at all the OF pictures of Beshine, on her back but slightly tilted to one side, you always see that upper breast conforms to the underlying ribcage, but only encroaches upon the axillary to a line one could associate to the front of the shoulder. Yesterday's photo illustrates this explicitly.
The main thing to take away from this has less to do with conforming than it does trying to explain the extremely large base, which seems to be about 9" in diameter, again, very evident in yesterday's picture. Unfilled, that is humongous, but it may add to explaining the irregular shape of Beshine's breasts for years compared to the spherical shape implants always create.
Yesterday's photo amply illustrates the changes over the past dozen years. Lying on her back, no longer does her boob assume a underfilled dome like shape, but you can see it gets wider and rounder as it extends from the large base, assuming a width perhaps 150% of the base. No longer is there a hint of a underboob fold as the skin just projects outward despite the weight pressing downward. Her projection is nearly twice the distance from her chin to the crown of her forehead. In other photos in this position, you can seemingly see the outline of the implant in this pose, which also helps one understand my contention the other day of the additional existing amount of saline necessary to assume this shape and base versus a more spherical shape. If your work required you to handle bags of saline for decades, you get a real good idea of the amount needed to fill that area, which always has me adding a few liters to any spherical computation.
But look at yesterday's photo and you get a pretty good idea that while her boobs will follow her ribcage shape and flow toward her chin when lying down, the base of her implants in this position extend from her clavicle to within a couple inches of the bottom or her ribcage, while wrapping around from her sternum to the side of her ribcage in line with the front of the shoulder / axillary area. Her implants today are no longer the partially filled implants of yesterday, but are assuming the designed shape, which only makes me wonder how she ever assumed she could handle such heavy breasts back in 2009. The size ramifications we can understand and she loves the result, but this always leads me to think that she has a plan when she reaches the point when her implants are filled. She said she would have them drained, replacing the saline with a filler that would become gel like, which leads me to wonder if her plan also included something lighter, like urethan foam. Can you imagine, the same size but maybe half the weight?
