When I scroll down the pictures, I wonder what life is like, living with such enormous boobs.  So many things become much more difficult, and yet, always seeing them and feeling their weight shift in response to every move you make must be an incredible experience, their presence totally impossible to ignore.

Absolutely.  He messaging for over a dozen years has been "protecting the boobies."  I don't think it can be over-stated how much she has wanted them to be immense and flawless; so much of her life revolves around her boobs, and I'm not talking about OF or alike, I'm talking about her everyday life, even when alone.

At Beshine's size, that would be disastrous; we have seen that it is already a big problem for girls in the 3k-5k range, though to be honest, I think some of them brought the problems on themselves through inadequate planning or not allowing sufficient time to heal properly.  Draining the saline would be fairly simple, likely a paracentesis, but obtaining another big implant seems to already be a problem.  Of course, with all the smart planning Beshine did from the start, I have a feeling she also had a spare implant or two made.

Part of life is that accidents happen and can be disastrous.

Just in case she has a spare pair of implants, these need to be stored at adequate conditions otherwise these might become useless.
For example: I have some rubber bands in the kitchen to close small plastic bags.
Some are stored on the wall having daylight conditions and the other ones are stored in a small box.
The ones hanging on the wall get useless very fast only through the sunlight making them hard and then they brake.

Having spare implants is a good idea, especially considering how difficult it appears to be to source truly big ones. Makes me wonder if some of the bigger ladies might in some environments use bras enforced with something like aramid fibre fabric. Beshine and other models have done shoots in, for example, the forest, so in that setting its not out of the question that an errant stick might poke in the wrong place.

Here is an older picture of Beshine - probably one familiar to most, but I find it adorable. Beshine is slightly lifting her breast and showing off the immense side view her implants give her. She looks so satisfied with what she has achieved. ☺️

I have thought about Beshine having a spare set before; it would be only natural; if you are going through the expense of getting something custom made, get a spare.  If you have gotten this far and read the comments on this thread, you can see that Beshine has always been ahead of the game and I cannot imagine that she dropped the ball on this.  And I had imagined that the spare ones would be sealed (as every sterile implant is) and probably residing in the care of her surgeon.  Not open to air or sunlight for oxidation to occur, I imagine they would have a shelf life of at least a few decades.

The company who made her implants might also need to do several of them to check for manufacturing settings and quality checks.
Like making suspension springs, the manufacturer had to adjust the tool on which they made them.
So the more she ordered, the cheaper they get, cause if you had adjust the parameters it is only production.
