I believe the word was "spectacular," no? I dunno, it just has that majestic ring to it. Note: I didn't find her breasts particularly spectacular.

Also, speaking of large breasts on Family Matters, the show regularly featured the late Michelle Thomas (as Urkel's girlfriend Myra) who died at a tragically young age.

If you're keeping this to sit-com episodes with boobcentric plots or sub-plots, there's a very early "Just Shoot Me," in which Nina walks around with a large temporary set (not a new idea), and Maya tries to tell her of the dangers of implants. Nina angrily says that just because Maya has the biggest breasts in the office she doesn't want anyone bigger, to which our heroine replies something like, "Curses! You've seen through my plan to conquer the world with my breasts!" Of course every episode of JSM was boobcentric, as far as I'm concerned, but this was before the San Giacomo twins were quite the size they became and the focus of many good gags. And, ironically, before she DID conquer the world - or the part in which I live - with her splendid toys.

I don't know if this is exactly what you guys are looking for, but there was an episode of the Simpson's called "Large Marge" where Marge accidentally got large breast implants. It's kind of funny how she tries to carry out her normal routine despite being busty all of the sudden.

Zartan snagged the one that always comes to my mind.
The “Living Single” episode of ‘My Cups Runneth Over” where Kim Field’s character has a breast reduction. (Episode 38, second season, first aired Nov. 17, 1994)
Field’s real life reduction was written into the show and there is the infamous scene where Dana Owens (Queen Latifah) defends her NOT having a reduction, at the time she was bigger, because as she puts it, “I was built to hold this shelf”.
9 years latter Owens had a reduction - for career reasons, just like Fields.
Regardless of what revisionist history gets spun about these actor’s decisions, at the time of the reductions it had everything to do with their careers (Owens even said so in interviews at the time and Fields has alluded to it when musing about the image pressure of Hollywood) - which is too bad.
In both cases I felt both performers were much more real than after.

The episode does have a great out-take at the end (not used in the show) where the female Doctor asks Fields to "shake" - the face that Kim makes is great!

Here's a few more that I forgot:
1) The Wonder Years episode that guest starred Soleil Moon Frye as Becky. There's a quick scene where she's jogging towards Kevin, and she was bouncing everywhere. The episode aired during the 1990/91 season. She also appeared on the game show Fun House a about 2-3 years earlier, and that's when I really noticed that she had some big breasts as she couldn't run "normally".
2) The Cosby Show. There's an episode where Rudy doesn't want to go back to school because she hasn't developed yet, but one of her classmates has.
3) Melrose Place. During the first season or 2, there's a scene in laudry room where Jake finds Allison's bra and predicts that it was a size 34D.

There was an early afternoon show for teens in the style of Saved By The Bell called Student Bodies. The only episode I set out to cap was one involving breast enlargement. This was your typical sitcom "answers in 30 minutes moral" where the girl wonders what it would be like with bigger boobs and goes to get padded, initially likes the attention, then decides against it. During the ep, there was a cartoon intermission vignette whose boobs grew then she floated up into the air, later her boobs sank a ship, and after that tied them into a balloon animal.

The War At Home: had a girl on there who wanted BE and she bought her friend over to show dad (Michael Rappaport) what she has the potential of having. This is one show where they agreed to the BE if she got A's on her report card. (Still waiting for that A)

Family Guy: Stewie starts breastfeeding and Lois' boobs become "so engorged with milk" she goes up two cup sizes. Giggity

One On One: Kyla Pratt stuffs her bra to get hired at "Knockers" One On One

Although the mere mention of this name on the BEA may make some guys want to stab their eyes out, there was one episode of Roseanne where she's planning her breast reduction. Then she has a dream sequence where she wakes up post-op, her surgeon (the Doogie Howser character) walks in to check on her, and she discovers that she was mistakenly given a significantly large breast augmentation.

-Kristen Clayton(Angela-Brad's g'friend)
-Debbie Dunning(2nd tool girl)

Various guess along the way but these 3 had somewhat regular parts at various times in the series.
