Actually, I wasn't referring to the pregnancy.  She had her boobs done many years ago before she was famous.  Had her nose done as well, I believe.

My point was that she's always been amazing, and the surgery, which can often look obvious and bad on many people, only serves to make her all that much better because it looks flawless and is incredibly well done.
