In her newest movie Hitomi mentions her breasts now weigh 7 kilograms, or about 15 pounds! She also states herself to be an O cup in Japanese sizes.
And I'd believe her too. She really looks considerably bigger especially in later photos though she used to like to stick to the claim that she's a J cup. There are some pics where she's with Anri Okita (allegedly K cup) and the difference is pretty obvious. Ditto for other models, Ruri Saijou, Rin Kajika, etc...
