No, it's not the limbo-dancing one!
In this one she loses out in a boob-shaking contest (to a girl with barely any boobs !?!), then gets waylaid by a gargantuan female wrestler..
in other words it's a typical japanese gameshow

I've seen it and it's funnier than hell.  Hitomi is about a 12 on the 10 point Richter scale and the other girl doesn't move the dial!  hahahahha
