In other news, i found a treasure trove of Nancy pics (probably mostly a dump of what's been posted here) Nearly every pic looks like a morph even after I've confirmed that they're not.

You can view the bathing suit pic a few pages back and see the answer for yourself. A popular theory is that she started small, got implants, and then in her later years natural growth picked up again. Best of both worlds, so to speak. It's also possible that they are solely implants, but with that shape/projection that must have been one hell of an amazing doctor.

Real or fake, she is amazing. That much is for sure.
