Small adjustments to the image for more clarity - is she wearing bra pads? For comfort? To prevent poking nipples during a more formal occasion? To gain size to appear even more adorable than usual?

I think you might be right, its pretty visible in this one too. Either she added something in there or it’s a special type of bra designed to hide nipples. Everyone on this thread has seen how much those things can stick out 😁❤️

The padding looks kind of bulbous, so I'm guessing its a sports bra and separate bra pads.
