After comparing older pictures and recent ones while going through this thread, it seems they are definitely fake. Someone said menopause may be the cause of this, but there is no possible way they would grow that much from menopause. Now my curiosity steps in and asks the question, why get a boob job like that considering her position?

Agreed. It would also not make sense to get large implants, and hardly ever show cleavage. In fact, we're hard pressed to even find pictures of her at all.

Many women exhibit breast growth when they are in their forties. This is due to hormonal changes for menopause. Some get very large. The actreess Loni Anderson of " WKRP in Cincinnatti " has had two breast reductions in her life and the second one was due to a huge growth in her forties. Nancy Quill could be simply having the same condition but has decided against the operation. The thought of going under the knife can be very terrifying so she has decided against it. This is all conjecture on my part and I could be full of shit. Like I said before, who cares ?! I like 'em !!

Yes, that's true, but not people who have high-profile, very public jobs that keep them in the public eye and that require them to make public appearances where they will be seen and photographed on a repeated basis.  Especially not someone like her, who's job is in radio and getting something like that done, at that size, would be a career killer.

The most tell-tale indicator of a hormone shift is the significant size discrepancy of at least 1-2 cup sizes right to left. Sorry if I spoiled it for anyone, but once you notice it...

I just found an older exceptional women group photo where her blazer was buttoned comfortably whereas the last few years her blazers serve mostly to warm her shoulders. Does anyone have the cruise party pics that surfaced soon after the NQ buzz started. She's holding a mic in a fairly low cut sundress?

Lastly can you imagine that body on your roomates mom at college parents weekend? I'd ditch my own fam, adopt his, take everyone to the olive garden and pay!

I'm not sure what to believe. It be easier to assume those are store boughts, and that maybe she has had several implant surgeries over the years to achieve that size, since you obviously can't jump from being a typical A/B/C/D cup to whatever she is now, but then I do realize its also possible for someone to experience middle aged extreme breast growth.

Whether she is a radio producer or personality is kind of different from being a Hollywood star, so I don't quite agree this would kill her career - especially if she has kept quiet about her surgery, is not an exhibitionist and keeps her private life private.

Some of the different ideas as to why this happened and the responses got me thinking on a very likely scenario...  Her career is  a voice actress.  She relies on her voice and it's flexibility of intonation for the projects she works on.  As we get older our voice changes (due to several reasons).  One of those reasons is hormone levels.  Now this is all conjecture...  Perhaps she is taking some sort of hormone supplement (as someone else has also stated) to maintain her voice timbre.  The side effects of such supplements are what we are seeing here.

What offline just offered was the Michael Jackson scenario, a little discussed observation that Jackson took estrogen based supplements to maintain his falsetto which preserved his livelihood but had side effects, very interesting.

I've seen college pics of NQ from the 70's where she is utterly flat chested.
