I know this is a strange request, but I've always been fascinated by pictures of extremely large breast implants.  So please in this thread post your pictures of very very large implants, and possibly the size of the implant.

Also, who had the largest standard type implants of all time?  By standard type, I mean silicone or saline, not string implants.?  A pic would be great!

To start off, here's Penelope holding one of her old implants, which she auctioned off on ebay.

Oh definitely, there is something very sexy about a woman like Penelope holding such a giant implant while she sets there with an even bigger set inside her.  It's kind of like, "here, I don't need this SMALL implan anymore."

Who are the candidates for largest standard implants of all time?  I'm thinking it has gotta be one of the following:

Lolo Ferrari
Crystal Storm
Rhiannon
Casey James
Keisha Evans

My money is on Keisha!  Keep in mind that is the size of the implant that matters in this discussion, not the size of the implant relative to the lady who owns them.  So some very small girls who appear to have massive boobs may actually have relatively smaller implants, like Vixen.

The photo was taken in Germany and shows a 1200cc Euro Silicone, silicone implant. At the time I had 650cc and was there to have surgery and the fitting of my custom 1400cc silicone implants.
