Who knows if *anything* published in a skin mag is true? She does have a very thick southern accent, and was regularly claimed to be from Huntsville, Alabama by both Gent, the mag in which she first appeared, and later SC*RE.
I've no reason to doubt it, but just because a mag editor prints something doesn't mean it's true. The skin mags make up fictitious identities for models all the time. Sometimes, because contractually they are prohibited from appearing in competing mags (think Elaine Reynolds from Playboy posing as "Elaine Ray" in the boobie mags)
I can tell you that in her interview included on the Ultimate Autumn DVD she talks about her house dancing days. Apparently, at the time she did that interview, she had moved to Memphis and was a dancer in a club there. She claimed that she liked dancing as a regular in a club rather than being a travelling feature.
Too bad if she did move--she was probably Alabama's top two tourist attractions.
