I don't claim my knowledge of anatomy and powers of observation are perfectly logical, I'm only saying as one man that even the slightest increase seemed to make a severely radical difference, as if her breasts were threatening to leave her body. Breasts growing forward rather than out to the sides just seems safer -- dangling breasts can grow nicely to the sides, but the very tops of them, where they become indistinguishable from the chest itself, eh, not so much.
