Beginning some months ago, I've found that my ability to sign in, and to leave ratings in the user gallery (after I've signed in) to be erratic, and usually impossible.

Also I've found that my ability to leave comments to be completely impossible. I can't type anything, anywhere.

Any suggestions?

My apologies if these basic UG bugs have been discussed elsewhere. I haven't been able to find any threads on this topic, today.

Then, you didn't look in the Forum called Site Issues . Look for the thread called PLEASE POST YOUR NEWFOUND BUGS HERE near the top of the list, but below the threads pinned to the top.
