I have seen multiple stories, comics, etc. when breast expansion is used as a punishment, a way to assert power/control, or to mess with a person (a practical joke or similar), often with the pleasurable physical sensations adding to the subject's embarrassment.

Can anyone suggest works where penis expansion is used in a similar manner?

1. I made an account 6 years ago.  Going over my mailbox I see one (1) email from them, which was to activate the account.
2. You do not need to use your "real" email.  I am personally partial to spamgourmet.
3. You don't even have to make an account, just clicking the [I am over 18] button is enough to let you in.

Are you using Firefox?  Its tracking protection breaks imgur.
