I'll say it feels like my dick being stretched when I use my thin pump it's being pulled/stretching away from me becoming longer and when I use my wide pump it's stretched that way more being pulled out from the sides of my penis and I have to say yes it does sometimes hurt a little being stretch like that it shouldn't hurt a lot if it does lower the pressure or stop pumping but yeah you need to feel your self being stretched out to make it grow and that can also leave you sore afterwards plus the swelling. So here is what I think about it, injections and infusion is by and far the quickest and easiest way to gain girth and the only way to make it look like you have really big balls.
