My $.02: I have never heard of this resulting in penile length growth. Only a lot of scary stories of the tissue starting to die and turn black. Again, penile length is largely limited by the tunica albuginea, so true chemical PE would involve a temporary softening of the tunica albuginea combined with some kind of forced growth. Unfortunately, chemically softening the tunica albuginea has yet to be mastered in a safe or effective way (to my knowledge) because it causes either fibrotic problems such as Peyronie's disease and/or venous insufficiency including erectile dysfunction, not to mention cosmetically damaging the penile surface.
