Anybody know anything about why she went all suicide girl?

Was it just an aesthetic taste?  Or perhaps protective coloration to ward off crazed fans?

(Personally, I miss the single tat, tan, and human hair colors look from a ways back, but that's just me... and really, who cares what I think?)

Regardless, she remains a phenomenally beautiful woman.

I do know that she's a big horror fan and believe she's even involved in a few independent productions. 

While not my preferred aesthetic either, I think it was restrained enough to not take anything away for me.  I feel like September actually got hotter (& bigger) as time passed.
