no problem: if you google 'irfanview' (without the '') you can find a lil program called well irfanview... it has a resize function on-board

GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) is as far as I know the best free software out there for working with images. Just google it up and install the appropriate version and you won't have to worry about free trials or other nonsense any more with other packages.
