I'd like to ask a woman like Haruhi Miwako or even Rachel Aldana about this kind of thing. The former, who is like a 38U cup now (I'm not joking), when taking pictures of her sitting down at a desk, often has her boobs propped up on the desk, which is interesting. Amongst other things there's the problem of lying down on your stomach too.
