I confess to all . . . and I sob . . . I only make 4 million. I am poor. I am in rags.

Give me a quarter?

Hey, don't look at me like that! You might need a helping hand someday too!

I applaud Obama for telling the media "Enough," unlike John Kerry (I don't know how he remained upright since he doesn't have a spine). John McCain and the republican party know very well that the media will bite on whatever bone you throw them and who could blame them. It's the only way they will win the election. Unfortunately too many people watch the cable news giants. They don't report the news anymore, they create it. The formula being, lets report a sound byte, bring in 4 people (see: bloggers) you've never heard of to give their "expert analysis" (see: opinion, biased) and beat a dead horse until the next news cycle. I'm glad most of the media outlets apologized for slamming Obama with the lipstick comment not realizing that it's a phrase John McCain uses to keep people awake when he talks.

Let's just hope that the media gets equally enraged the next time McCain or Palin say, "Let's call a spade a spade".

Right then, I feel inspired:

That's a nice shirt but I'd buy it only if the some of the proceeds were going to the Obama campaign and that "Together they fight crime!" sentence is one for the books, MasterD

Oh, and I just found out today that that Sarah Palin in the stars-and-stripes bikini photo is a fake (that's some other chick's body that they put her head on).

Yes, but let's all pretend the photo is real and circulate it? The boobs may suggest to everyone else that she IS a boob. A tit for a head.

The heffer predictably didn't know, and Charlie Gibson had to inform her of the prime foreign policy directive that we have been pursuing for the past seven years. Again, proof of McCain's bad bad judgment in choosing this person as his veep.

Ah. Yes. Excellent debate argument. I am obviously wrong, and you are right. I really appreciate your educating me. Your finely-crafted reproval has convinced me. I now feel absolutely fine with a possible President Palin. Thank you! I would like to apologize to all here for having previously appeared so ignorant.

At least it's more verbose than the usual "" that AZWolf-bot usually posts.

It's the first time I did such a post in a year and this time for a reason and immediately followed it up.  Nice to know you noticed.   Guess after the press exposes Palin as a "business as usual" Republican, you will notice in the same way, too.

Seriously?  It's been a year already?  I could have sworn I've seen one of those posts within the past few months.  *shrug*

Anyway, of course I've noticed.  There have been many times (once within the past week or two, if memory serves) where I saw one of your snippets in a thread which completely baffled both cherri and I as to its content/relevance/randomness.  I even think she replied with a "".  At the time, she and I agreed that "Well at least he didn't just post a ''."

I wouldn't be able to pick a "business as usual" Republican out of a crowd of two.  Canadian, remember?  I don't have a lifetime of frustration dealing with American politics.  Not eligible to vote here, and even if I were to kick things off today (which I won't, for reasons which I've stated elsewhere), it would be many years before I get to the point where I would be eligible.

Even though Canadian media does cover the American election (I don't think the reverse is true), I don't recall being inundated with the same degree of American election coverage as happens here.  Besides, Canadian news tends to make time for Canadian (and world) events.

You could try asking about Canadian Liberal, Conservative, Reform, Bloc Quebecois and NDP parties, although simply by saying that, I could be dating myself.  I know things have shuffled around a fair bit over the past 8-10 years; my sis used to be hip-deep working for a major Canadian news agency and has quite a bit of experience following the PM-of-the-day around, so she was pretty informed regarding politics up there.  As a result, on the rare occasions when we would get together, she would give me updates which would surprise me.
