I think the same way, my friend; there are many we don't know about and many more that don't know that boobie greed lurks within themselves, the vast majority we will never know because it costs a lot of money to fulfill these dreams.  The fame and fortune avenue closed with the feature entertainer collapse on such a niche market and while Only Fans pays 80% on the dollar, it is a small market; I would bet that even Beshine doesn't average 200 members, meaning that, if you are looking to afford expanders on your OF earnings, you will probably retire first.

Theoretically tear drop shabe expanders should be possible by making the material different thick,
so it will stretch differently by adding fluid. Maybe it might be possible to achieve those Zena Fulsom look  .
But most likely women which goes super huge want that totally fake look and not that tear drop looking downward to their hips.

You know, she appeared in Gent, Cavalier, Hustler Busty Beauties, Mayfair and many more rags back in the 90's and the same photos appeared in those magazines at the time and since that photo did not have a logo, I didn't know it was a Scoreland photo.
