I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think it is her.  She is not THAT old that she would've been in black & white photography.

Yeah, no way that is Chessie Moore.  That photo is from the 50s; Chessie hit the scene as a young woman in the 70s.  Also, the nose is totall different.  And finally, even before implants I think Chessie had a bigger chest.

Haha I concur - that is not Chessie.  It could be her mom though, haha.
