Just imagine the woman, who had huge implants during at least 10 years, as it was with Pandora Peaks, etc. Finally this woman decides to retire and to remove them. Like a result we have the situation, as if this woman decide to cut her long hair and to become completely bald.
What will she feel in this situation ? For sure, she will feel uncomfortably. Because something very important changed not only in her body shape but in her life. I don't speak about her level of feminine attraction, but about her own self-perception (into the mirror, for example).
Just imagine, - 7-10 years of life, - it's a lot, to get a habit to "have the breasts" of enormous size.
