I watched it out of curiosity. When the original previews were posted, I expected it to be a case of a supersize augmentation and resulting personality change, but it was the reverse of that. That's the first time I've ever seen a case of gigantomastia played out on TV or in movies, and I guess there's a good reason for it, as it certainly didn't look all that real.
I think it was an interesting commentary, though, on why breast reductions can often be rash and ill-advised. It's like impulse shopping. She thought her life would be better as a C cup, but as it turns out, the size of her breasts had nothing to do with her unhappiness. After it was done, she regretted she had them reduced and even blamed the doctor for "dehumanizing" her by taking them away. She was clearly a nutjob, but I'll bet there are a lot of reduction patients who have misgivings about having it done.
