Difficult to say without knowing her height.

She has broad shoulders, which probably puts her in the 34-38 category, but she looks fairly slim in the mid-riff, although, there's a bit of a belly there.

The boobs look quite rounded, so I'd guess something like 34DD/E, possibly F.

I do like a photo review question.
There are several clues as to scale and proportion in this shot. I have a feeling she is closer to a D cup with about a 34 band. I'd put her height in the 5'-4 (163cm) range.

PS I was basing it off the distance from should to elbow and then elbow to wrist and finger tips which was difficult in this shot because on the one side the bend of the elbow is a bit hidden making guessing difficult.
In school at SCP we were required to put our arms at our side straight and where your middle finger landed on your legs is where your shorts were required to land length wise. No shorter. This was the gage in my head anyway when I took a peak at pic. I always got to wear shorter shorts though because my arms are short hehe! Weird huh! They always tested me and I passed hehe. Nah Nah nah nah haha

Yes, it does help!  I'm going with a hands down 34DD.  Boobs look exactly the same size as my gals, though she is a bit thicker with a 36 band.  I almost put money on it!
