I think tats represent a level of fear, self-loathing, and immaturity for the most part. They can also be a way to control a part of oneself when other people are constantly telling you how you *should* be. But that said, I find myself drawn to them rather than repulsed by them. When they have significant personal meaning and/or cultural value, they can bring a mystery and wonder to a woman's personality, especially if easily hidden by clothing. In those cases, I always feel especially privileged when they are revealed to me.
