This photo was taken at a "restaurant" chain called Dick's Last Resort. The gimmick of the "restaurant" is that the waiters are intentionally rude to the patrons, so it was one of the waitstaff who wrote that caption on her hat, not her. The rudeness is supposed to be ironically funny but is not really my cup of tea.
