Don't really have any deflation pics ... what I do have is my coats from the past three years ... and they fit nicely inside one another ... the first pic is all three coats (54L/48L/40L)  ... the second pic is just two coats (48L/40L) .. and the last pic is my new coat (40L) ...

I dunno about your transformation, Munch! I kinda think you look great in your avatar, carrying what weight you had. In your avatar you remind me of a certain poker player with the infamous "Snake Eyes" glasses, Greg "Fossilman" Raymer. 8)

Now you look more like the British hunter from Jumanji, especially with that mustache you've got going on. I hope you aren't trained in lethal weaponry like he is, or we're all in trouble... :o
