Golden rule of creativity. You write better when you HAVE to, not when you've been sitting on your duff making royalties on a good franchise and being a chubby nerdboy.
I saw episode one with a star wars frenzied friend. Godamn that movie was a load of crap. I mean throw in the kid from sixth sense, throw out the overly cute races, and get a better frickin villain who won't die in five seconds.
It's the problem I have with sci-fi geeks who follow the series like a religion. (but don't don't tell them that because they are all athiests who are or think they are scientists) I mean crap is crap. I don't bitch about every nitpicky detail, I just watch it. I like it...hooray! I hate it...boooo.
J- Sorry, kid, you don't have the force, I don't have the force, little green men won't teach you mind tricks, and women won't put on that damned Leia costume, but if you keep this crap up I'm gonna show you how us unenlightened people crush windpipes.
